Are you looking for the exciting next step in your SEND and Learning Support career? A fixed term post has arisen for a Learning Support Manager at Chichester College.
As our Learning Support Manager, you will identify and co-ordinate in class support for students with learning difficulties/disabilities, prioritising need when necessary. You will be jointly responsible for the day to day running of the provision, supporting the students and all team members.
You will ensure the area continues to respond effectively to the identified and changing learning needs of both existing and potential students, working in partnership with other teams to ensure students are appropriately supported.
Our Learning Support Manager will have experience of working in at least one area with people with learning difficulties/disabilities/mental health/behaviours that challenge as well as co-ordinating, motivating and leading a team.
You must be qualified to GSCE standard, grade 4/C or above, specifically in English and maths, with a Level 3 Management qualification or willingness to obtain this.
The post is fixed term period covering a secondment until 30 June 2027 or until the return, resignation or replacement of the current post holder, whichever is sooner.
