My client is currently recruiting for caring full-time or part-time day or night Care Assistants who will be working with dementia, mental health conditions, or general nursing clients for a 40+ bed care home based in Leeds.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide compassionate care to residents.
2. Assist with daily living activities.
3. Support residents with mental health conditions and dementia.
4. Maintain a safe and clean environment.
5. Work collaboratively with team members.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a care role.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Genuine interest in working within elderly care.
4. Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
