Customer Service/Account Executive
Up to £28,000 per year + Good Working Hours + Pension + Excellent Holiday Scheme + Company Benefits

The Role:
* Managing customer inquiries, queries, and requests via phone and email, coordinating with internal departments such as Laboratory, Logistics, UK Sales, to meet customer objectives
* Temp to perm position
* 39 hours, Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:30pm, 3:30pm finish on Friday
The Person:
* Previous experience in customer service/support or business development roles
* Able to start immediately or within 2 weeks
