What the Job Involves The role requires you to independently manage a caseload and conduct a variety of community care and safeguarding assessments. You will provide critical support and information to enable individuals, families, and communities to access services. The job involves coordinating with colleagues and agencies, recording and analyzing information, and providing expert opinions and case supervision. Additionally, you will recruit and support prospective carers, manage placements, and work across organizational boundaries to ensure integrated service delivery.
