Residential Conveyancer Location: Mansfield Salary: Up to £45,000 Contract: Full Time, Permanent About the Firm/Role: CRA Consulting are working with a long-standing and well-established law firm that offers a wide range of services to businesses and individuals across multiple offices throughout the Nottinghamshire region. We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the team at the firm's Mansfield office. You will be joining a knowledgeable and supportive team, handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. The role is ideally suited to someone confident in managing their own caseload with minimal supervision. About You: Proven experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload independently Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx (or equivalent experience considered) Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures and processes Ability to work effectively as part of a small, dedicated team Excellent organisational, administration, and IT skills (including MS Office) Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a proactive and results-driven mindset How to Apply: If this vacancy is of interest, please click the apply button.
