Our client, who provide compliance support to a range of firms all over the UK, is looking for a bright and confident Assistant Compliance Administrator join their team with superb communication skills.This role plays a key part in supporting both the data management process during client filing periods and broader business administration tasks throughout the year. The filing periods are busy and fast-paced, so we're looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident in communicating clearly under pressure.You will be helping the team stay on track by managing schedules, client data and internal tools, making a real difference to how smoothly things run day to day.This is a remote role however you would be required to attend the office in London at least once per quarter for team meetings.Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.Key ResponsibilitiesFiling Period - Data Management SupportAssist with preparing and sending client scheduling emailsSend client returns and working files by email or specific data transfer platformDownload & save incoming dataChase clients for outstanding data, feedback, and approvalsSupport data entry into internal trackers (e.g. Smartsheet)Help set up client folders in iDeals and populate relevant client checklistsAssist Compliance Administrator in providing daily updates to the teamBusiness AdministrationSupport the logging of holidays & overtimeHelp with booking internal meetings, client calls, and lunch arrangements for the team when neededProvide assistance during board meetings and management sessionsAssist with internal housekeeping and ad hoc admin tasks as directedEnter invoice data into Xero and support with monthly invoice checksSkills/ExperienceStrong organisational skills with great attention to detailConfident using Microsoft 365 software, such as Outlook, Word, Excel spreadsheets and internal systems (training can be provided)Comfortable working independently and as part of a teamProactive communicator, especially when chasing data or flagging issuesInterest in team administrator or client support rolesBenefitsFlexible & remote working - expect to travel into London one day per quarterPrivate health insuranceMatched pension contributionsGenerous holiday allowanceEmployee Wellness Credit to spend during busy work periodsPlease note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
