Role Overview
The Country Manager UK will be responsible for launching, developing, and managing EER Global’s operations in the UK. This role is focused on sales, business development, and client acquisition within the recruitment and outsourcing industry, while also overseeing recruiting activities locally.
This is not a traditional employee role — it is an opportunity to become a strategic partner in the business, with salary, bonus, and meaningful equity included in the package.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the launch and growth of EER Global’s UK subsidiary.
* * Drive new business development and build strong client relationships.
* * Actively prospect and acquire new clients in the recruitment/outsourcing industry.
* * Manage sales operations and oversee local recruiting activities.
* * Represent the company in the UK market as its key leader.
* * Develop long-term growth strategies to expand across the UK and beyond.

Requirements
* Minimum 4 years of proven sales (hunter) experience in the recruitment or outsourcing industry.
* * Strong track record in business development, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets.
* * Stable career history (not a frequent job hopper).
* * Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and results-driven.
* * Based in the UK, with a willingness to travel as needed.
