Day-to-day You Will
* Build and evolve Raft's content strategy - driving demand generation and defining how we show up in the market across every channel.
* Own our storytelling and messaging - from sales and customer success collateral to product launches, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact.
* Manage media and press relationships - shaping how Raft's story is told externally and amplifying our voice in the industry.
* Leverage best-in-class AI tools to ideate, draft, and scale content, blending machine efficiency with human creativity.
* Experiment boldly with AI-driven storytelling - shaping Raft's perspective on when AI should carry a "voice" and when authenticity demands human ownership.
* Turn insights into action - analyzing buyer journeys, testing growth ideas, and working with product, sales, and customer success to craft credible, customer-focused content.
We're Specifically Looking For Someone Who Has
* Proven content leader with demonstrable experience in B2B marketing (SaaS & AI preferred), experienced in owning content strategy end-to-end and building functions from the ground up.
* Creative storyteller and communicator with exceptional writing skills, able to craft content that inspires, engages, and drives results.
* AI-enabled marketer who stays on top of the latest tools and trends, eager to experiment with emerging tech to scale content and storytelling.
* Collaborative operator experienced in managing agencies, writers, and cross-functional teams, with the ability to influence executives, partners, and customers.
* Industry curious—ideally with exposure to supply chain, shipping, or logistics, and the ability to turn complex topics into compelling narratives.
