Job Description
Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking an experienced Service Reception Manager to join our client’s busy dealership in Hedge End. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership and customer service skills to manage a successful service reception team.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the service reception department.
* Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of Service Advisors.
* Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
* Monitoring service bookings and workshop capacity to maximise efficiency.
* Handling customer queries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
* Working closely with the Service Manager and workshop team to ensure smooth workflow.
* Driving upsell opportunities for additional products and services.
* Ensuring all administrative processes, documentation, and invoicing are completed accurately.
* Monitoring team performance and implementing improvements where necessary.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Service Reception Manager, or similar role within the motor trade.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Full UK driving licence preferred.
