Our client is looking for a motivated Telephone Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join their busy and friendly team in Wimbledon. You'll be supporting customers over the phone and email, handling enquiries, processing orders, and offering knowledgeable advice, with full support from inhouse product specialists.
This is an inbound customer service and sales role with no cold calling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
2. Process customer orders accurately and ensure excellent aftersales support
3. Provide tailored product advice and solutions (training and support provided)
4. Build and maintain strong, longlasting relationships with existing customers
5. Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold high service standards

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
10. Confident, professional, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service
11. A strong communicator with a clear and engaging telephone manner
12. Selfmotivated, proactive, and competitive in achieving goals
13. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
14. Interested in interior design or property refurbishment
15. Beneficial: Background or knowledge in ironmongery, hardware, fixtures and fittings, tools, metal fittings, or similar technical product areas
16. Fluent in spoken English
17. Living within a reasonable commuting distance of Wimbledon
Experience & Skills
18. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or telesales is highly desirable
19. A proven track record in sales is a strong advantage
20. A willingness to learn and develop strong product knowledge
