What You Will Do:
• Lead the scheduling, reporting, and risk management for ten state-of-the-art test facilities, ensuring seamless operations.• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including customers, engineers, technicians, and subject matter experts, to deliver high-quality test outcomes.• Manage test scheduling updates on a weekly basis, ensuring effective workload control and customer satisfaction.• Sign off on all reports within a three-week window post-test and proactively raise risks or impediments within 24 hours.• Support continual improvement initiatives for test methods, enhancing service offerings and maintaining high facility standards.• Play an integral role in Agile rollouts within the laboratory, contributing to process optimisation and stakeholder engagement.
What You Will Bring:
• Proven experience in managing technical engineering teams and applying project planning to facility scheduling.• Knowledge of JIRA and data analytics to measure area performance and identify solutions for improvement.• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.• Awareness of health and safety requirements, including risk assessments, COSHH, and SDS.• A proactive and flexible approach to workload management during peak periods.
