Role:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain exceptional working relationships with clients, understanding their needs.

Proposals and Quotations: Prepare and present detailed client quotations and proposals tailored to specific requirements.
Client Visits: Conduct client visits and site inspections.
Business Development: Collaborate with senior management and Directors to identify new markets and client opportunities.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience managing client portfolios in the fast-paced AV events industry.
Education & Professionalism: Strong background with a professional approach to client management.
Client-Centered: Ability to understand and anticipate client needs, delivering a superior customer experience
