Duty Manager - Onsite Operations & Experience - London, W1J 0BDSalary: £36,802The Royal Academy of Arts is currently recruiting for a Duty Manager to join our Onsite Operations & Experience team.The Duty Manager role is integral to the daily running of the building and will be responsible for line managing a team of front of house hosts and working alongside the Duty Managers to bring the building to life. This role will maintain onsite standards and ensure adequate training is delivered as well as lead on authentic engagement with the public and liaise with members of other departments including (but not limited to) the Security, Retail and Learning teams, on various operational tasks and projects. Ability to provide safeguarding support, evacuation and first aid, following training is also key to this role.About YouTo be considered for this role, you will have proven management experience working in a customer service context, ideally in a complex, customer focussed environment.
