MASH business Support Officer, to work in a busy front door service, completing checks and loading information in to a system, having good knowledge of information gathering and using different systems. Working as a team and being able to work under pressure. The role is a hybrid role 36 hours a week. 1. To provide professional business support that facilitates the delivery of frontline services and the councilpriorities. 2. Ensuring the delivery of an effective and efficient service within required timescales and in line with corporate and service policies and operating guidelines 3. To work in partnership with services to ensure that any risks, issues or opportunities are identified and quicklyaddressed. 4. To champion continuous improvement to ensure that services are efficient as possible. 5. To work to a quality standard of right first time everytime 1. This includes, but not limitedto; DocumentManagement Administration Data entry to councilsystems SupportingMeetings MinuteTakingoflowerlevelcasesandothermeetingsasrequestedby service Abilities/Experiences Experience of providing excellent business support functions ideally in a complex or regulated environment delivering high qualityservices Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to rapidly changing priorities anddeadlines. Ability to maintain simple information, recording and filing systems (manual andcomputerised). Ability to enter, collate, compile and distribute information (including statistical data) consistently and effectively using a variety of methods best suited to meeting clientoutcomes Experience of IT systems and how they support servicedelivery Experience of delivering service improvements through a programme of continuousimprovement.
