Carmichael are seeking a Compliance Administrator to join the team based in Bicester.
Liaising with Recruiters and Managers to ensure that new candidate assignments are set up correctly.
Building relationships with candidates during the early stages of their Carmichael experience
Assisting candidates with compliance, payroll and contract documentation.
Be an expert in our service offerings and core values to ensure a strong relationship with our candidates.
Work with our professional advisors to ensure that relevant legislative and regulatory standards are understood within the Compliance, Recruitment and Back Office teams.
Continuous development of our industry leading candidate care programme.
Distribution and education around health & safety matters.
Liaising with internal departments and external clients for query resolution.
Ensuring that our processes and procedures are rigorously followed and any changes are understood and implemented.
Attending client and candidate meetings, on and off site.
Attending candidate events when requested.
The ideal candidate will:
Self motivated and able to work under their own initiative
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
Have a keen eye for detail and ability to understand and interpret operational reporting
Have the ability to maintain credibility and the gravitas to perform the role when working to tight deadlines in a sometimes pressured environment
Have previous experience in shaping and refining on boarding processes and strategies
Ability to prioritise giving due consideration to risk and commercial factors
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to build strong relationships
