The Company:
A young, dynamic, fast paced company in the fitness space are looking for a Membership Services Executive to join the team. With an ambitious expansion plan in place, this is an amazing opportunity for a dynamic and driven, high performer, that really wants to learn and make this role their own
The Role:
Member Services Executive will primarily manage the debt collection process, whilst also resolving membership and payment queries, keeping our systems accurate, and helping our social channels stay active and on-brand. This role is also involved in the brand standards in our clubs.
This role requires an individual with good organisational skills and someone that can work on multiple projects at the same time.
Responsibilities:
· Debt collection & management – be responsible for the communication to members to collect outstanding payments
· Member services – Dealing with queries about membership and payments
· Reporting – Support weekly/monthly reporting and ensure any related actions are followed up appropriately.
· Brand standard reporting – reporting on the quarterly brand standards audits, supplying teams with action plans and working with Head of Operations to ensure scores improve.
· Social Media Management – Assist with content scheduling, platform management, and ensuring brand-aligned posts.
· Payment management – ensuring the systems have taken all relevant payments and processing missing payments
· System management – ensuring all prices are correct on our membership systems and adding credit to members that qualify for it.
· Website CMS – responsible for keeping our club webpages up to date with the correct information, including staffed hours and team details.
· Custom webpages – creating custom landing pages for certain online campaigns, this could include corporates or special events.
Key Skills & Attributes:
· Excellent organisational and communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office
· Confident using internal systems
· Flexible and adaptable, with a hands-on approach
· Experience in leisure, retail, or hospitality preferred
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
