Remuneration:£20,192 Starting Salary (salary during 6 month probation period)
£21,257 Salary (upon completion of successful probation)

About the Role
As the Housing Officer, you will manage a group of sheltered, amenity and general needs housing developments. This will include people management responsibilities for our development-based teams and supporting the delivery of highly effective housing management and administration services.
About You
* Demonstrate experience in a similar role
* Strong working knowledge of housing management as well as housing and welfare benefits legislation
* Budgeting and finance monitoring skills
* Proficient digital skills including confidence in handling our core ICT systems.
* Able to engage well and build strong rapport with our teams, tenants and external partners
* Able to role model Hanover behaviours, values and leadership competencies
* Motivated to coach and develop high-performing teams through development visits across a wide geographical area
* Current UK driving licence, access to car and business insurance
* Completion of a Disclosure Scotland check prior to starting the role
