Contracts Manager – Commercial Refurbishments

Overview
Our client is an established and well‑respected contractor based in Hampshire, specialising in commercial refurbishment projects within the hospitality sector, including pubs, bars, and restaurants. Due to multiple recent contract wins, they are experiencing sustained growth and now have a busy and expanding pipeline of work across the South of England. As a result, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
* Oversee multiple refurbishment projects from pre‑construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
* Manage multiple live projects across the South of England.
* Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with H&S, quality, and programme requirements.
* Maintain strong working relationships through client liaison.
* Exercise commercial awareness including cost control and variations.
* Support continued business growth through consistent project delivery.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within commercial refurbishment.
* Strong hospitality sector experience (pubs, restaurants, bars, leisure).
* Ability to manage multiple fast‑paced projects simultaneously.
* Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Relevant construction qualifications (preferred).
