We are seeking an experienced Children's Residential Team Leader to join our Ofsted-registered 3-bedroom children's home, part of Brook View School. Role Purpose As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in: Leading and inspiring a team to provide a safe, caring, and stable environment for young people. Ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents are met through high-quality, person-centred care. Motivating and coaching staff, managing performance, and conducting regular supervisions and appraisals. Maintaining compliance with The Children's Home Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards, continuously striving for excellence in care delivery.
