We are excited to invite applications for a dedicated and passionate Year 6 Teacher to join our thriving primary school in Hillingdon, West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic teacher to help guide our Year 6 students through their final year of primary school and ensure they are well-prepared for their transition to secondary education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across all subjects in the Year 6 curriculum.
* Prepare students for their SATs and support them in reaching their full potential.
* Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and implement targeted interventions as needed.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment.
* Work closely with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching Year 6 (desirable).
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and SATs preparation.
* Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
* A commitment to raising standards and supporting every child to succeed.
