We are looking for a fearless Channel Marketing Manager to join the Bonnie Rogues team and make our venue the most talked about place in town! If you are a sales, networking or marketing pro who thrives in the fast-paced, high-energy world of hospitality. You will be ready to push boundaries; we want YOU to lead the charge in making Bonnie Rogues the ultimate destination for unforgettable nights.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Channel Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of driving the Bonnie Rogues brand forward, ensuring we’re always in the spotlight. You’ll be a force of nature, setting the Sales & Networking bar high, delivering campaigns that hit the mark, and ensuring our venue stands out with unforgettable promotions.
* Build Local Networks: Build meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships with local businesses, sports clubs, social groups and University societies that drive popularity and increased footfall for your venue.
* Drive influencer Collaborations & Events: connect with local and national influencers to drive social media buzz around your venue and everything it has to offer.
* Create & Implement: Develop and execute a bold venue activation plan and organic social campaigns that get the venue noticed and keep it buzzing.
* Delivery Strategy: Lead the sales & network growth strategy for your venue to ensure it aligns with the Bonnie Rogues brand.
* Lead the Promotional Team: Manage and inspire the promotional team, ensuring they are fully engaged, on brand, and working toward clear goals. You’ll set the tone for their creativity, coordination, and ensure they are delivering the best experience for our guests.
* Email Marketing: Deliver killer email marketing campaigns that connect with your audience to drive footfall growth for your venue.
* Boost Sales: Ensure that the venue is meeting and exceeding goals for sales and pre-booked events, working in collaboration with the corporate Sales Manager, making Bonnie Rogues the top choice for every occasion.
* Lead organic social: Manage our organic social marketing channels in line with our brand guidelines with the creativity and strategy needed to stand out in the nightlife scene. Track performance and adjust strategy to keep things fresh and exciting.
* Manage Marketing Systems: Ensure all marketing systems are set up, run smoothly, and optimized for maximum performance.
* Brand Representation: Ensure every initiative aligns with the Bonnie Rogues brand identity, maintaining consistency across campaigns and guest experiences.
* Lead Event Management: Take charge of event management at Bonnie Rogues, ensuring each event runs smoothly and delivers an unforgettable experience. From planning to execution, you’ll oversee everything to make our events stand out and help elevate the venue’s reputation.
Who You Are
We're not just looking for good vibes, we need someone with real graft behind them too.
* Proven Experience: You’ve got a background in sales. marketing or business networking, particularly in the late-night sector or high-energy venues. You know how to drive traffic, build awareness, and push boundaries. If you come with heaps of existing local contacts ready to hear about your new role, a big plus in our eyes, though not essential.
* Marketing Savvy: You’re an organic social pro with strong knowledge of social channels, and tools like Meta Business Manager. Plus, you know how to analyze data and use it to adjust strategy.
* Creative Mindset: You’re not afraid to think outside the box, create killer sales and network growth initiatives, and push the envelope to ensure Bonnie Rogues is always buzzing.
* People Leader: You’re natural at managing and inspiring teams, getting the best out of your crew while fostering a positive, fun, and energetic work environment.
* Tech-Savvy: You’ve got super-user knowledge of CRM & Email systems and can make sense of analytical reports to stay ahead of the game. Experience with Canva or similar platforms would be a bonus!
* Fearless: You have a fearless mentality to achieve big results—nothing phases you when it comes to driving success.
