We are a specialist team dedicated to providing support to our existing clients with the placement of industrial and driving based temporary and permanent staff
Due to growth, an opportunity for either an experienced Recruiter or a Trainee has arisen to join our fantastic Rotherham based office. This role would suit someone who wants to work within a professional services environment using a mixture of customer service, sales and administrative skills.
Duties will include:
· Working with our existing Clients with their temporary and permanent recruitment needs
· Building relationships with both existing Client contacts as well as developing new business through telephone calls, emails, marketing campaigns and client visits
· Understanding Client needs through effective job taking
· Advert writing
· Interviewing candidates
· Coordinating interviews, offers and placements
