We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Compliance & Quality Officer to ensure our school consistently meets regulatory standards and remains inspection‑ready at all times. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will help maintain robust policies, strong operational practices, and a culture of excellence across the school.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead on regulatory compliance, ensuring policies and procedures meet Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) requirements.
* Develop and implement an annual Compliance Plan, including regular monitoring and audit activity.
* Maintain the school’s readiness for inspection through accurate records, policy oversight and staff awareness.
* Oversee UKVI compliance, working with admissions and boarding teams to ensure accurate visa documentation and monitoring.
* Act as Deputy Data Protection Manager, supporting GDPR compliance, managing data processes, and handling Subject Access Requests.
* Support Health & Safety compliance in partnership with the Estates and Facilities Manager, ensuring policies, training records and safety audits are up to date.
* Maintain central records for policies, licences, contracts and insurance, ensuring timely updates and compliance.
