Hazel Tree Education are currently looking for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support a mainstream Primary School in Crawford Village just outside of Skelmersdale/Upholland on a long-term basis, the start date is TBC.
The school are seeking an engaging, enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work in both Nursery and Reception.
It is vital that you can build professional and supportive relationships with learners, as well as confidently deliver the national curriculum in a fun, and interactive way.
This is a full time role- Monday to Friday
8:30-3:30
What we’re looking for:
* A recognised qualification in Teaching and Learning or Childcare or experience working with children in a formal setting e.g school, residential, sports coaching.
* An interest in supporting children with additional needs.
* A resilient, pro-active nature with a positive, can-do attitude.
Successful candidates must have:
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update service or be willing to purchase one at a cost of £60.50
* Two references within the last 2 years including most recent/current employer.
* Legal right to work in the UK.
* A good standard of literacy and numeracy with excellent written and verbal communication.
* Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained.
* Must be willing to attend a face to face or Teams registration interview.
