Geldards LLP is a leading regional law firm with offices in Cardiff, Derby, Nottingham and London. We are recruiting for an Administrator to join our Commercial Property (Networks) team in our Nottingham office.
In this role you will be a key player in the Commercial Property (Networks) team in Nottingham, primarily providing comprehensive administrative assistance to Partners and other fee earners in the department.
Department Networks - Commercial Property, Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time, Location: Nottingham, Workplace type: Onsite.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support, such as setting up matters, pre‑completion paperwork, filing, photocopying, scanning, invoicing, etc.
* Deal courteously and promptly with any instructions or queries arising.
* Gain an understanding of Networks’ structure and working practices.
* Provide administrative support with the use of case management systems.
* Open and close files using the case management system.
* Prepare documents for signature.
* Any other reasonable duties commensurate with the grade and post.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Experience with case management systems desirable but not essential.
* Ability to communicate confidently with both clients and all department levels across the Firm.
* Must be computer literate.
* Ability to prioritise, meet strict deadlines and work under pressure.
* High attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
* Must be able to work as part of a team as well as use own initiative.
* Project a professional image at all times.

* 35 hour working week – Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
