Working hours: 8:45am - 5:15pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
5. Managing key client accounts, ensuring they receive excellent service and identifying opportunities for growth
6. Engaging and influencing customers, from one off buyers to long term accounts
7. Handling a mix of standard and more complex enquiries, providing quotations and processing orders
8. Gathering competitor and market intelligence, analysing opportunities, and helping to secure profitable business
9. Meeting with clients to develop relationships and secure new business opportunities
10. Working closely and negotiating with UK and international suppliers
Key Skills & Experience
11. Previous experience in a sales and customer service environment
12. Strong written and verbal communication skills
13. Competence with CRM systems, Word, and Excel
14. Ability to up-sell, cross-sell, and contribute to profit growth
