This team would provide Monitoring Trustee services where they act as Monitoring Trustee on behalf of competition regulators to monitor parties’ compliance with structural or behavioural remedies.
To be successful in this role, candidates can come from a variety of professional backgrounds including Corp Law, Accountancy, Economics and Regulation.
