We have an exciting new vacancy for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team at one of the most iconic holiday brands in the UK. Duties will include:
* General maintenance tasks both inside and outside of the buildings such as painting, general carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing
* Using your own initiative with the ability to work alone whilst being considerate of the guests and other staff
* Communicating effectively as required with both staff and guests.
* Deal with contractors and visitors accordingly.
* Ensuring the buildings are well maintained and compliant by completing various tasks as required
The successful candidate will have excellent DIY skills or be a trades person that can tackle various forms of maintenance work.
