We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Engineered Materials team, focusing on the Medical & Pharmaceutical sector. This role will manage strategic accounts across the UK and Ireland, including Design Houses, CDMOs, and OEMs, driving growth through innovation, collaboration, and customer-centric solutions. This position is located remotly and can be based out of the UK or Ireland. YOU will be involved in the following tasks: Account Management & Growth Serve as the primary contact for key medical accounts Develop, coordinate and execute strategic account plans Conduct regular customer visits, manage sampling, and lead commercial negotiations Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new accounts Promote new product introductions and technical solutions Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to support customer projects Leverage internal networks to translate corporate strategies into customer value Value Creation & Commercial Excellence Gather market intelligence on pricing, volume, and share Maximize value capture through strategic pricing and growing existing businesses Maintain account data and activities in Salesforce What YOU will bring to the team: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in medical or highly regulated technical industries Proven track record in key account management and business development Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Fluent in English (additional languages a plus) Willingness to travel within the UK/Ireland and occasionally across Europe
