About the Role
As Head Concierge, you’ll be the heartbeat of The Residences, ensuring our residents enjoy a seamless, five-star lifestyle every day. From overseeing hospitality and wellbeing services to anticipating residents’ needs, you’ll deliver a service that is second to none.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading and inspiring the concierge team to deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Managing recruitment, training, and development to ensure a highly skilled team.
3. Overseeing budgets and compliance with Hallmark standards and legislation.
4. Acting as the primary point of contact for residents, building strong relationships and understanding their preferences.
5. Coordinating events, activities, and outings to enrich residents’ lives.
6. Ensuring The Residences always reflect a clean, welcoming, and luxurious environment.
What We’re Looking For
7. Experience: Luxury hospitality background, ideally in a 5-star concierge or front-of-house role.
8. Skills: Outstanding communication, organisational ability, and IT proficiency.
9. Qualities: Immaculate presentation, proactive problem-solver, and a genuine passion for exceptional service.
Desirable: Customer service qualification and experience in event planning or hospitality management.
