Qualification: Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Salary: £13.00 to £13.50 per hour plus £50 per sleep in

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, youll work alongside the care team to ensure high-quality support for our young people. Youll also act as a shift leader, supporting your colleagues and handling day-to-day responsibilities to keep the home running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include: Leading shifts, supporting staff, and ensuring smooth handovers
Supporting children with routines, school, hobbies, and emotional wellbeing
Being a key point of contact for professionals and family members
Handling shift audits, safety checks, and helping manage rotas
Assisting with supervisions, recruitment, and leadership development
Writing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance
Safeguarding children and creating a safe, structured, and nurturing home
Administering medication and supporting health and wellbeing needs
What you need Experience working with vulnerable teens or those with EBD, SEN or trauma
A calm, caring, and consistent approach to challenges
Level 3/4 in Health & Social Care (or willing to enrol within 6 months)
Full UK driving licence (or willing to get one within 6 months)
A strong understanding of safeguarding, boundaries, and emotional support
