Key Responsibilities
Plan, deliver and assess high-quality lessons for Year 4
Maintain a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
Support pupils’ learning, progress and wellbeing
Demonstrate strong behaviour management and adaptability
Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to school lifeRequirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
Previous teaching experience, ideally within KS2 / Year 4
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young learners
