Job Description
3. Manage and maintain the organisation's accounting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes and reporting.
5. Develop and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Provide technical support and training to internal users of the financial systems.
7. Analyse financial data to support decision-making and improve reporting capabilities.
8. Ensure integration between financial systems and other organisational tools.
9. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders as required.
10. Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and system-related tasks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Systems Accountant should have:

A strong background in accounting and financial systems within the Not For Profit sector would be beneficial.Deep hands-on experience with Business Central, particularly in finance module configuration and support.Strong working knowledge of core finance processes and internal controls.Proven ability to translate operational finance needs into scalable, systemised solutions.Comfortable working independently across the organisation and technical stakeholders.Practical experience with system upgrades, user support, and process change.
