Your new role
KeyResponsibilities include:
1. Deliver high-quality administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the team.
2. Respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders promptly and professionally.
3. Manage financial processes, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
4. Coordinate meetings, events, and training sessions, while handling general office tasks such as inbox management and document preparation.
5. Maintain and update databases, process information accurately, and produce clear reports for decision-making.
6. Contribute to improving processes and support projects or system transitions to enhance team efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
7. Proven experience in administrative roles, with the ability to manage varied tasks efficiently.
8. Strongmunication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
9. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities at pace.
10. Confident working with data and numbers, including experience using MS Excel for reporting and analysis.
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Teams) andfortable adapting to new systems.
12. Ability to work independently, manage caseloads, and deliver results under pressure.
