Job Description

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

This is a permanent full-time position, working a 35-hour week, Monday to Friday with flexible hours between 7am and 7pm.

The purpose of this role is to support the Clinical Supplies Operation (CSO) Warehouse team. The individual will work closely with Quality, Drug Supply Managers, commercial sites, EHS, and Logistics.

* Conduct goods receipt, sampling, location, and dispensing operations within a warehouse and dispensary environment, demonstrating competent capabilities.
* Prepare clinical trial materials for dispatch, ensuring product stability, hazardous goods control, and transport security.
* Handle client queries and liaise with designated personnel, with support from onsite leadership.
* Coordinate with Quality groups for approvals and chain of custody.
* Operate Reach and Counter-balance forklift trucks.
* Review and improve service quality, maintaining high ethical standards.
* Meet or exceed client requirements, demonstrating flexibility across different areas of the business.
* Understand client relationships and service goals.
* Ensure consistency and reliability in work practices.
* Support team collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Document data according to policies and procedures.
* Train staff in documentation practices as needed.
* Revise SOPs under guidance.
* Provide coverage for colleagues and participate in weekend/overtime schedules.
* Maintain accurate, timely, and standards-compliant documentation.
* Stay updated on client processes and participate in training.
* Adhere to safety, housekeeping, and quality standards, reporting discrepancies.
* Prioritize customer service in decision-making.


Qualifications

* Relevant experience in a pharmaceutical warehouse environment.
* Understanding of goods receipt, dispensing, and sampling locations.
* Knowledge of clinical trial material preparation, safety, COSHH, and security.
* Proficiency with electronic media, MS Office, and SAP.
* Understanding of GDP, GSP, and GMP principles.
* Licensed to operate Reach and Counter-balance forklifts.
* Quick learner with good communication skills.
* Attention to detail, good time management, and teamwork skills.
* Flexible, organized, accurate, and customer-focused.
