We are seeking a passionate SEN teaching assistant to join a well-resourced, inclusive school that caters to students across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. You will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who work collaboratively to provide a nurturing and inspiring learning environment.
As a SEN teaching assistant, you'll work one-on-one and in small groups to provide tailored academic and emotional support. Your role will be vital in helping students develop confidence, communication, and independence. You'll work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver engaging, personalised support strategies.
