What Youll Be Doing
* Speaking with business owners and decision-makers (inbound + outbound leads)
* Build rapport quickly and understand their exit goals
* Guide prospects from first conversation through to signed engagement
* Handle objections confidently
* Work closely with internal M&A teams for smooth onboarding
* Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets
What You Need to Succeed
* Proven experience in B2B sales / business development / closing
* Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders and business owners
* Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
* Commercial awareness and ability to ask the right questions
* Driven, resilient, and motivated by earning potential
