We're hiring our first Head of Partnerships to own and grow our commercial relationships. You'll work directly alongside our founder to build the partnerships pipeline, develop new relationships, nurture existing partners, and create the systems that let us scale. Our growth focus is the creative industries (including advertising and agencies) and the charity sector, alongside our established film, TV, and theatre book. This role leads that growth.
The role:
* Develop new partnerships across advertising, agencies, charities, and the wider creative industries
* Build relationships with Line Producers, Heads of Production, HR Directors, agency leaders, and charity decision-makers
* Manage inbound enquiries from first contact to signed partnership agreement
* Conduct quarterly check-ins with existing partners and identify growth opportunities
* Attend industry events and convert contacts into conversations
* Set up and manage the CRM and partnerships pipeline
* Plan and execute briefing events and webinars
* Report on pipeline health and revenue performance
What we're looking for:
* 3+ years winning new business in a B2B services environment — call it partnerships, business development, or commercial growth, what matters is you've brought in new revenue
* Confidence with senior stakeholders
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Genuine interest in mental health and wellbeing
* Self-starter who thrives with autonomy
Nice to have:
* Background in advertising, agencies, or wider creative industries
* Experience selling into the charity and creative sector
* Experience in healthcare, wellbeing, or EAP services
* Existing network in UK advertising, creative, or charity sectors
You don't need a clinical background or cold calling experience.
GBP 45,000 - 55,000 + quarterly performance bonus
Hybrid: 3 days a week at Warner Bros Studios Leavesden / London, 2 days from home
