The job description
Responsibility for leading the Cell (packing/process) to achieve the profit and performance targets set by the Shift Leaders. Drive continuous improvement to maximise operational effectiveness and efficiencies through the development of people, processes and systems. Enhancing the group mission, vision and value as set out in the Code of conduct behaviours.
