We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Business Information Officer to support our expanding Wirral Administration Service. This post will be based at the Stein Centre. Hybrid working will be available on completion of training period.
We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our Business Information Officer team. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work.
The Wirral Administration Service consists of 4 administration hubs. We are a supportive, competent and caring team. We aim to provide high quality administrative support services to our colleagues across the Wirral locality to improve the safety, health and well-being of the people within our area.
We will ensure that you have access to internal opportunities for development with access to professional development and appraisals. We would welcome any internal applicants interested in a secondment opportunity. To support the Wirral Administration Services in co-ordinating business information processes and data performance management, data quality and service development and clinical systems.
Responsibilities
The post holder will be the focal point for information and contractual data. To undertake specific projects as directed in line with the remit of this post.
The applicants will also be expected to be able to organise and prioritise their own workload on a daily basis to ensure that time deadlines are met and that urgent work is accommodated.
This is a varied role and can be demanding at times whilst supporting the clinical teams. The applicant will also be expected to provide cross cover for colleagues as and when required.
Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP) provides health and care services for a population of over one million people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care, as well as the provision of three GP surgeries in Cheshire.
We employ around 4,500 staff across 73 sites and have services across Wirral and Cheshire, as well as Trafford, Warrington, Bolton, Halton, Liverpool and Stockport.
