You’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple adult social care or education services across Kidderminster, Dudley, and Worcester, with national travel and occasional overnights.You’ll Lead On:
* Interim and crisis management of services
* New service commissioning and quality audits
* Compliance as a Registered Manager (where required)
* Mentoring staff and embedding best practice
* Safeguarding, complaints, medication, and care governance
* Referral handling, business development and budgeting
