Resource Manager – Selhurst Depot
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can:
* Ensure sufficient Train Crew are provided to run the services on a day-to-day basis, ensuring minimal delays to trains.
* Work with a team of Resource Managers where necessary to ensure that any shortfalls are avoided, balancing resources through other provisions.
* Ensure that the crews are kept updated in real time to reflect Train Crews booking on, as well as actual work undertaken during shifts, including in times of disruption.
* Manage day-to-day operations at relevant depots to provide a safe, reliable and punctual train service meeting customer expectations.
Do you possess the following skills?
* Planning and organisation to demanding timescales.
* High IT literacy interpreting data and understanding trends, including use of Trust, Sheila, Bugle, Genius, Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence.
* Support and assist your team to consistently deliver high levels of performance.
