Financial & Resource Management Support payroll processes and manage procurement of medical and non-medical supplies.
Clinical & Information Support Ensure secure handling of medical records, use SystmOne for workflows, and produce reports on performance and key indicators.

Oakhill Secure Training Centre
Oakhill Secure Training Centre is operated by G4S Care and Justice Services. The centre provides accommodation across three blocks for up to 80 children (male and female) aged 12 to 17 years who are serving a custodial sentence or who are remanded to custody by the courts. Children are not permitted to leave the centre and they have all their healthcare; educational and religious needs met within the centre.
Job responsibilities
Operational Management
* Coordinate patient access, appointment systems, clinics, and healthcare pathways within custodial constraints
* Manage room utilisation and oversee stock control
* Maintain accurate site records and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Governance, Quality and Compliance
* Ensure compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards, NHS England Frameworks, and DrPA policies
* Maintain high standards of healthcare record-keeping, data quality, and information governance
* Participate in CQC inspections and internal audits, ensuring all required evidence is prepared and accessible
* Support the achievement of site KPIs through operational efficiency and compliance with CQC and NHS quality standards, including timely clinic delivery and accurate performance reporting
* Use SystmOne to support clinical/admin workflows, including appointments, correspondence, coding and reporting
* Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and take comprehensive minutes, ensuring actions and follow-ups are accurately documented and tracked
* Ensure databases are kept up to date in line with organisational procedures and data protection requirements.
People Management
* Oversee staff onboarding processes and training compliance
* Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion across all practice operations
* Foster a culture of professionalism, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
* Liase with the finance team to support payroll submissions
* Assist with the procurement of medical and non-medical supplies in accordance with company policy.

* Produce and provide reports on activity levels, performance, and key indicators for senior management and commissioners.
