What you’ll be doing:
* Leading the regional sustainability function: Guiding an advisor and shaping how sustainability is delivered across a diverse project portfolio.
* Driving meaningful environmental performance: Championing best practice in carbon, waste, biodiversity, energy and materials, ensuring sustainability is embedded from design to delivery.
* Influencing at every level: Partnering with operational teams, clients, regulators and internal stakeholders to push forward smarter, greener ways of working.
* Owning investigations and assurance: Ensuring incidents are fully reviewed, lessons are captured, and compliance is consistently met across the region.
* Developing capability across the business: Working with HR and operational leaders to design and deliver sustainability and assurance training that actually lands.
* Raising the bar on reporting and insights: Producing clear, value‑adding reports and monitoring site performance to keep sustainability front and centre.
