Brand Manager – FMCG Food – maternity cover contract

What will you do?
* Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance awareness, market share and profitability
* Take the lead on digital strategy and execution
* Manage brand communications, innovation and activation projects across the portfolio
* Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies
* Manage ATL and BTL advertising initiatives
* Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates
What do you need to apply?
* 3+years of UK-based marketing experience, preferably in food and beverage
* Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies
* Strong digital marketing skills - strategy, execution and agency management
* Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market researchAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
* Proficiency in data analysis tools (Circana, Nielsen, Qlik)
* Innovative thinker, analytical, detail-oriented and results-driven
* You MUST hold a valid work visa, if required – sponsorship not available
