Regional Sales Manager, Pain Management - Permanent - Manchester, UK

Proclinical is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to be in charge of driving sales within cardiac and thoracic operating environments.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role requires strong relationship management, strategic planning, and the ability to work effectively in the operating room. Incumbent will be responsible for providing clinical support during procedures and follow-up care.
The Regional Sales Manager of Pain Management will:
1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory to achieve targets.
2. Identify new customers and opportunities while expanding penetration in existing accounts.
3. Provide clinical support during procedures and assist with follow-up patient care.
4. Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies aligned with corporate goals.
5. Share market insights and trends with marketing teams.
6. Attend industry trade shows and events as needed.
7. Manage territory performance and maintain accurate activity tracking.
8. Ensure compliance with hospital and healthcare system access requirements.
9. Comfortable working in an OR environment.
Skills & Requirements:
10. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
11. Proven success in medical device sales, ideally in cardiac or thoracic surgery.
12. Knowledge of neuromodulation and pain management therapies is advantageous.
13. Strong clinical and technical aptitude.
14. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
15. Ability to travel up to 80%, depending on territory size and maturity.
16. Fluent in English.
