My client based in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking dedicated and motivated Deputy Manager to join their Children's Home and you will have a background of working within a Childrens Home. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the safety and well-being of young people in care. - Encourage and motivate young people to participate in activities and education. - Lead and support staff teams in a residential childcare setting in the social care industry - Manage the home in the absence of the Registered Manager.
