Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. Currently working as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager for a main contractor on large-scale projects. Strong organisational and leadership skills with a collaborative approach. Ambitious, proactive, and keen to develop into a Project Manager role.
