We are currently working with a leading M&A tax practice in Manchester that is looking to recruit a strong Tax Director as part of their succession planning.
The team provides M&A tax solutions to a range of clients, including large listed companies, US & international businesses, private equity funds, and growing local businesses across the North.
This is a unique opportunity to join the leadership of one of the UK and Manchesters leading M&A tax teams.
Your new role:
* Lead a fast-paced commercial M&A team in Manchester, working closely with two experienced partners.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, acting as a trusted adviser.
* Contribute to the strategy and leadership of the deals tax team both across the North and nationally.
* Lead M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and tax modelling.
What you need to be successful:
* Extensive experience leading teams on M&A transactions in the UK market.
* Experience with the full lifecycle of an M&A tax transaction.
