My Norwich city-centre-based client is looking for a proactive and professional Receptionist to join their dynamic Business Support team. This role is central to the smooth running of their daily operations and plays a key part in delivering a first-class front-of-house experience and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivering a warm and professional front-of-house service to clients and colleagues
2. Weing visitors and preparing refreshments
3. Managing visitor logs and coordinating meeting schedules
4. Booking meeting rooms in their Norwich and Cromer offices (no travel to Cromer required)
5. Supporting the Cromer Partner and team with appointments and clientmunications
6. Handling iing calls with efficiency and professionalism
7. Providing administrative support across departments, including filing, scanning, and archiving
8. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring high-quality document storage
9. Managing client collections and ensuring proper documentation
10. Typing, formatting, and data entry tasks
11. Sorting, date-stamping, and scanning iing and outgoing post
12. Acting as the main point of contact for the Cromer office
13. Keeping reception and meeting areas clean and presentable
14. Updating internal contact lists
15. Handling sensitive information with discretion
16. Upholding and promoting the values and vision of thepany
About you:
17. Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic
18. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
19. A confidentmunicator with excellent written and verbal skills
20. Proactive and collaborative in a team environment
21. Skilled in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
22. Experienced in a similar administrative role
